Continuum - South Beach
This fantastic 3,500 square foot condo is the 12th floor of the Continuum, at South Pointe in South Beach with views north up the beach. Built “decorator ready”, it was a blank slate with bare essentials from the builder. Sharron Lewis then worked with the owners on a “Miami Organic Chic” motif to bring the space to life. A mirrored wall in the elevator foyer is gently lit with twig wall sconces. A black and white Cuban tile foyer welcomes you inside the home. Soft white rough cut 24” square porcelain floor tiles were used throughout, including the balcony space. With the feeling of real stone, it makes a comfortable transition to the pebble mosaic walls in the powder and master baths. Linen slip covers on sofas and oversized chairs allow for a constant “fresh and clean” feeling. With pillow top beds and white-washed drapes, the bedroom retreats each transition to their own individual feel: coral lamps and raffia faced drawers in one, raffia paneled upholstered walls and a platform bed in another, and a linen diamond tufted headboard with charming flamingo lamps in the master.
